She has been fed. But no one ever opened their door and said, “you're mine.” So Henny learned to survive. She wandered the same streets every day. She never left the area... because it's the only home she's ever known. She would lay in front of houses, find shady spots to rest, and when someone walked by — she'd happily walk beside them.... This was a dog who never got to go home. She became... a “community dog.” The kind everyone loves... but no one claims. Now she's with us. Safe... but not forever. To the community that knows her... Did you love her? Were you one of the ones who fed her? Are you willing to give her a real home inside? It took someone new moving into the area to notice... and want something better for her.
