Cooter came to us after being surrendered for “behavioral issues.” But the boy we’ve gotten to know? That’s not who he is. He’s expressive, a little chatty, and absolutely full of personality. He doesn’t fade into the background—he fills the room, the space, and honestly, your heart. At 4 years old and about 15 pounds, he’s a big, handsome boy with so much love to give.
