Adults, kids, dogs, garbage trucks - you name it, Theo loves them and they love him back (well, maybe not the garbage trucks). Theodore loves you, and he hasn't even met you! He's the kind of guy who's never encountered a stranger, only people who don't know yet that he's their best friend forever. Theo is a big, fluffy, enthusiastic, affectionate teddy bear who pets you back if your scritches aren't living up to his expectations. Theodore is also ready to fit right in at his new home -housetrained, crate trained (at his foster home, he puts himself to bed in his crate at night), and happy to learn new skills in exchange for treats. He's an energetic guy who likes to be in the middle of the action, and he would thrive as part of a busy family with kids, dogs, and/or other types of semi-controlled chaos. He would also appreciate a fenced yard to patrol for squirrels and lounge around in when it's freezing cold outside. He's very tolerant of people getting in his space, which is a plus when it comes to brushing out his luxurious coat. Our only caution is that Theo will quickly eclipse you to become the favorite member of your run club, hiking meetup, or neighborhood walking group. (Seriously, build in some extra time on walks for when passersby stop you to gush over how handsome and friendly he is.) He has a lot of love to give and he can't wait to meet you!
