Savannah is the definition of a gentle, easygoing companion. She’s not the type to demand attention or bounce off the walls, instead, she prefers the simple, meaningful things like sitting quietly beside her person. Savannah has a calm, steady presence that makes everything feel a little softer and a little more peaceful.  She can be a little nervous at first and may take some time to settle into new surroundings, but once she feels safe, her sweet and loyal personality really shines through. Savannah does well with other dogs and even cats, and she keeps her space neat, proof that she’s as respectful as she is gentle. She would do best with someone who understands that trust takes a little time, but the reward is something truly special. ADOPTION INFORMATION HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: - Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. - Fill out an online application to adopt by clicking here: https://tinyurl.com/4yy3nz2d - We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. - We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
