You don’t need much time with Ms. Sweet Tea to see how special she is. She is 2 years old and is the perfect 38lb pocket size companion for almost anything. She is gentle, affectionate, and playful. Her favorite thing is to simply be around her people and is looking for a family that plans to include her as much as possible. She warms up quickly and before you know it she is leaning into you and asking for pets like she has known you forever. She likes other dogs and does well with cats. She enjoys time outside and is working on her leash skills. She can't wait to find a forever home and a family to shower with love. If you have been waiting for a sweet, easy companion, Ms. Sweet Tea is the girl for you. She is up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed. ADOPTION INFORMATION HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: - Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. - Fill out an online application to adopt by clicking here: https://tinyurl.com/4yy3nz2d - We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. - We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
