Lenore is the softest little soul of the group. Sweet, shy, and equipped with the most heartbreakingly adorable “please love me” eyes you’ve ever seen. She may take a moment to warm up, but once she does, she leans in quietly and completely. She would do best in a patient, gentle home that can help her build confidence at her own pace. With kindness and reassurance, Lenore will blossom into a deeply devoted companion, the kind of dog that forms a bond you can truly feel. ADOPTION INFORMATION HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: - Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. - Fill out an online application to adopt by clicking here: https://tinyurl.com/4yy3nz2d - We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. - We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
