Tokyo friendly and gentle, greeting people with curiosity and warmth even though life hasn't always been easy. She came to APA on the thin side but has gained over 10 pounds with her foster family and is now both healthier and happier! Her foster says it would be hard to find a better family dog than Tokyo. This beautiful girl loves to cuddle, play, and go for walks.
