Domino
AvailableDomino is a large, adult, neutered male Pit Bull Terrier currently located in Tucson, AZ. He brings a lot of energy and is searching for a dedicated, experienced adopter who can manage his bold personality and athleticism. Domino has no known special needs but does require a secure yard due to his tendency to jump fences and chase small animals.
About Domino
Domino is a bold, lively 2-year-old Pit Bull Terrier with a knack for making his presence known. True to his name, Domino sets off a chain reaction of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm wherever he goes. He’s been described as a big, strong "puppy"—athletic, clever, and sometimes a bit too exuberant for his own good. This boy loves adventure, but he still needs firm guidance and consistent boundaries. He can get overly excited in play and could accidentally knock someone over, so he’s best suited to an experienced, active handler who appreciates a large dog’s spirited personality. Domino’s background includes a minor bite incident during an altercation with another dog—no ongoing aggression, but he needs a home ready to manage his strength and intensity, especially on walks or around other animals. He has a strong prey drive and will pursue cats, rabbits, or other small wildlife if given the chance, even jumping a 4-foot fence to do so. He’ll need a yard with secure, high fencing and someone who never leaves him unsupervised outside. In the right hands, Domino is clever, fun, and eager to connect with his people. He does best with owners who provide structure, ongoing training, and active lifestyles. Potential adopters (or long-term fosters) must visit PACC in Tucson, AZ before the stated deadline to meet Domino, discuss his behavior notes, and see if it’s a good fit. This active boy is looking for a leader to help him channel his energy and become a loyal, rewarding companion. Click apply to start the adoption process.
