Chassis was rescued as a stray when she was very pregnant. Luckily for her, she's officially done nursing and all her babies have been adopted (last summer) NOW it's her turn to find her FURever home. Chassis is such a good girl! She loves playing with other dogs (especially young dogs with lots of energy.). She loves toys and is basically just a big puppy herself! She plays in the kiddie pool during the summer and would be an amazing walking or even hiking partner. She is crate trained and doing great with potty training in her current foster home also, though usually in a new home most dogs need a refresher. This girl does have some allergies (pretty normal for the pitties) so her skin stays healthiest when she is on a consistent allergy medication - apoquel, zenrelia, or cytopoint injection. She is on a chicken-free dog food as well. With these considerations, she does wonderfully! She can be a little lazy during the winter - can't we all? so she's a little chunky right now and we're working on that. Since she was a stray, Chassis can have a prey drive with cats and small animals/wildlife - but she LOVES smaller dogs and puppies (she's lived with small frenchies, puppies, and even a Great Dane) If you'd be interested in meeting Chassis, please fill out an adoption application!
