Meet Duke! He’s a medium-sized, black and white Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull Terrier mix, about 1–2 years old, brought in during April 2026. When Duke arrived, there was a patch of hair loss above his tail, but it’s growing back and isn’t a concern anymore. This guy is bright and quick to learn. He walks on leash without trouble, is house trained, and already knows how to sit and shake your hand. His love of food makes him easy to train—he’s eager to learn more if you’re up for it. Duke’s friendly but hasn’t been tested with other dogs, cats, or children yet. If you have another dog at home, a meet and greet will be needed before adopting.
