Meet Teddy, a big, lovable 82-pound black and tan boy with a friendly personality and a playful spark! Teddy has been a social butterfly at the shelter, happily approaching everyone he meets for all the pets and attention. He already knows how to sit for a treat and enjoys being around people, often asking for more affection. He can get a little jumpy when he’s excited so he’ll benefit from continued training to help him channel all that enthusiasm! When meeting other dogs, Teddy may be a bit unsure at first, but he warms up quickly—his body language softens into loose, wiggly, playful energy once he gets comfortable. Teddy is looking for an active home that can provide structure, guidance, and plenty of love. With a little training and consistency, he’s sure to grow into a fun, affectionate, and loyal companion! This pet is eligible for an Adoption Audition! What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Frey Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
