Wittle Guy is a small, black, fluffy-coated, adult dog weighing in at 12 pounds. This distinguished little gentleman prefers to get to know new people slowly and on his own terms. He is looking for a patient, mature, dog-savvy adopter who can help him continue to build confidence and live his best life! When you first meet Wittle Guy, go slow and let him come to you. Wittle Guy is very sensitive about being touched and prefers to be near rather than handled. Once Wittle Guy decides you’re in his circle, he’ll happily follow you around like a tiny shadow and politely request chest scratches. He appreciates gentle pets on his head and chest. Wittle Guy politely but firmly requests you do not touch his legs or lower body. He will thrive in a home that respects his boundaries! Wittle Guy can be selective about the dogs he associates with and is reactive towards other dogs on leash. He may enjoy being your one and only dog in the home. Due to Wittle Guy’s touch sensitivity, he is required to go to a home with adult humans only. Please bring your entire family to meet him, including any canine companions, to ensure Wittle Guy is the right fit for your pack before you take him home! What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested?
