Iris is a small Terrier mix who’s slowly coming into her own after a rough start in life. Rescued from a hoarding situation, she still leans toward caution, but once she trusts you, she’s all heart. You’ll find her happiest beside another dog—she’s obsessed with her foster dog brother and really thrives with canine company. Iris isn’t house trained yet, so patience is required as she figures out the ins and outs of living indoors. Fast movements and new sensations can startle her, but if you go slow and let her call the shots, she’ll reward you with snuggles, kisses, and a wildly wiggly tail. Loves treats, cream cheese, and attention—even if that means a paw in your lap when you try to stop petting her.
