About Renata

Meet this special pup, Renata 🐾💛 Renata came from a hoarding situation and is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. Because of her past, she can be quite anxious and easily overwhelmed by new sights, sounds, and sudden movements. She’s a sensitive girl who needs time, patience, and understanding as she learns to feel secure. Renata would do best in a calm, adult-only home with another confident dog to help guide her and show her the ropes. Having a canine companion gives her comfort and helps her build confidence in unfamiliar situations. She’ll need continued support with all the basics—potty training, leash skills, household manners—but her biggest focus will be on building trust and confidence. Her ideal adopter will allow her to move at her own pace, giving her the space she needs to come out of her shell without pressure. While Renata may never be a bold, “go everywhere” kind of dog, she has so much love to give. With time, consistency, and gentle encouragement, she will form a deep, meaningful bond with her person. If you have a quiet home, a kind heart, and the patience to let Renata blossom in her own time, you’ll gain a deeply loyal and special companion 💛 - Around 3 years old - Currently under 40lbs - Good with cats and dogs - Prefers no kids as loud noises and fast movement startle her - Adoption fee: $175 To inquire about this dog, please email dogs@adoptapetfenton.com.
