Meet Silver! He arrived at the shelter with his brothers Ace and Cheddar and is 8 months old. Silver is the quiet, gentle soul of the trio. He likes to hang back a little, taking in the world at his own pace. As the shyest of his brothers, he’s still getting used to the hustle and bustle of shelter life, and loud noises can make him pause. But beneath that timid exterior is a sweet kitten who truly enjoys affection once he feels safe. He has a soft spot for gentle pets and especially loves chin scritches, leaning in ever so slightly when he starts to relax. And if there’s one way straight to Silver’s heart, it’s through his beloved wet food. He also draws comfort from his brothers. When Ace curls up beside him, purring away, Silver seems to settle more easily, reassured by his brother’s calm and confidence.
