Meet Cheddar! He arrived at the shelter with his littermates Ace and Silver and is 8 months old. Cheddar is an older kitten with a soft orange coat and an even softer heart. He’s the kind of cat who wants to be brave by trotting over to greet you with a hopeful little chirp, but might pause halfway, just to make sure everything feels safe first. Once he decides you’re a friend, his gentle, affectionate side shines through. Playtime is where Cheddar truly forgets his worries. Whether he’s chasing a toy or tumbling around with his brothers, he transforms into a bundle of goofy energy. He’s classic 'orange cat' charm—equal parts chaos and comedy, powered by what seems like a single, very enthusiastic brain cell. He adores people and will happily stick close once he warms up, often watching you with curious, bright eyes before deciding it’s time for pets or play.
