About Tammy
AGE: 9 weeks (as of 4/10/26) WEIGHT: 15 lbs Hello! My name is Tammy, and I hear you’re looking for a lifelong best friend. Let’s see if we’re the perfect match, because I have so MUCH to tell you about myself. MY MOTTO Love hard. Play hard. Sleep hard. MY LOVE LANGUAGE I’m a professional snuggler and an enthusiastic kisser. When we curl up on the couch, I’ll pop up every so often just to give you a kiss and make sure you’re okay before settling back down for my nap. Caring for my person is my favorite job. MY PLAY STYLE I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE toys — especially the crinkly ones. I proudly parade them down the hallway and stash them in my special spot. I also adore running and playing with my foster sisters. If they get a little too rowdy, I let them know with a few polite barks. I’m tiny, but I’ve got big opinions. MY NAPPING SKILLS Napping is an art, and I’ve mastered it. My favorite position is flat on my back — it’s cute, it’s comfy, and it’s the perfect way to request belly rubs. MY DAILY ADVENTURES I’m learning to sleep in my crate. I might complain for a minute, but then I settle in. I’m a stair climbing champion. I also love to fly — my foster mom calls it “fearless,” but I call it launching myself off the couch with style. Potty training? I’m doing really well and getting better every day. I’m learning “sit” and “wait” (that one is hard, but I’m trying!). WHAT MY FOSTER MOM SAYS ABOUT ME She says I have the softest, shiniest fur with adorable white patches. My paws are extra special — one has all black pads, and the others are cute mixes of pink and black. Mom calls me sassy because I do speak my mind! She says I am “the bestest of all pups EVER.” I don’t like to brag… but she’s not wrong. The T litter was a local surrender. We were told that the mix is terrier/lab/shepherd, but you should always assume that there are additional breeds - and that the ones listed could be wrong... HOW TO ADOPT: THIS dog is NOT in the shelter. For puppies in foster care, you MUST submit an application via EMAIL to smpetfinder@gmail.com. Please note in the email subject which puppy you are interested in. Go to: http://www.smallmiraclesrescue.org and click "How to Adopt". There you will find the dog application available for download. The more information you provide, the faster the process is for all of us. Once you are approved to adopt, we will schedule an appointment to see the puppy in person and you will adopt and take it home that day. Due to the (usual) speed and ease of our adoption process, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT RIGHT NOW. If you are not ready to adopt within the next couple of days, we totally understand - just wait to apply until you are ready. Adoption Fees: Before our dogs are available for adoption, they will always be spayed/neutered, vaccinated (Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella, Rabies as much as age-appropriate), stool sample checked for parasites, and dewormed. Adoption fee for our dogs is $375, $40 for a microchip and registration and $25 for a 3 month supply of heartworm preventative, for a TOTAL of $440.
