Chucho is a small, mixed Terrier and Chihuahua blend weighing about 25 pounds and estimated to be around one year old. He is currently being fostered outside of the shelter environment, providing him a quieter space while he awaits his new home. Chucho is crate trained and is reported as house trained, which should ease his transition. His background is a bit of a mystery as he was rescued from a high-risk environment, but dogs placed by this rescue are chosen for their friendly nature and lack of bite history. While it’s hard to judge a dog’s lasting temperament before he’s out of the rescue setting, Chucho has shown himself to be good with people and adaptable.
