About Kash
About Me Kash is an 11.5 lb Shih Tzu/Bichon mix who has settled beautifully into foster care and is ready to find her forever home. In a home environment, Kash is exactly what you'd hope for in a small companion dog—loving, loyal, and happiest right by your side. She's a true velcro dog who will follow you from room to room and happily curl up in your lap whenever you sit down. She is housebroken, does well in a crate (with just a little initial protest), and gets along wonderfully with the other dogs and cats in her foster home. Kash can be unsure when meeting new people and in unfamiliar situations. When she feels overwhelmed, she may vocalize (including a high-pitched “scream”) as a way to express fear. However, when given the time and space to move at her own pace, she warms up and shows her true personality—a happy, affectionate, and deeply devoted little dog. She already knows “sit” and is eager to continue learning with gentle guidance. Kash's ideal home: Calm, lower-traffic environment Patient adopter willing to allow slow introductions Someone who enjoys a close, constant companion Note: Kash tends to stay very close to her person and may be underfoot, so adopters should be mindful of this. Kash is a special little dog who bonds deeply and loves fully. With a bit of patience and understanding, she will reward her person with endless companionship and affection. ---------- WHERE IS THIS PET LOCATED?
