Pop Tart loves sniffing around, never turns down a treat and is a big fan of belly rubs. Impressively, he will happily sit for treats without even being asked, and staff describe him as a "fast learner" who picks things up quickly. Pop Tart was very shy and fearful when he arrived to our care, and has been working with our trainers to build confidence. Pop Tart loves the company of dogs and has had many dog friends. It has been a joy to see his playful and affectionate personality blossom over time! He will thrive best with adopters who can offer him patience to open up at his pace and continue his positive reinforcement training. He has leash-phobia and is still learning how to be comfortable walking on a leash. He will therefore need access to an enclosed outdoor area for potty breaks and outside time.
