About Zuzu
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Zuzu! This wonderful Border Collie mix is around three years old and recently returned to rescue after her family's situation changed. Zuzu is a smart, medium-sized dog with an impressive list of skills: she is house trained, leash trained, crate trained, and knows her basic commands. Previously, she enjoyed attending doggie daycare and loves canine companions, though her energetic play style is best suited for dogs who also enjoy playful wrestling. Protective of her people and her space, Zuzu thrives in a dog-savvy, quiet, adult-only home. She will do best with a family who can offer daily structure, regular exercise, outdoor adventures, and plenty of nighttime cuddles. Zuzu would also benefit from ongoing confidence-building to help her feel more comfortable around new human visitors. She is looking for either a foster or her forever family through Labradors and Friends Dog Rescue Group in Southern California. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
