About Chico
Chico is a 10-month-old American Pit Bull with a bright, energetic spirit. Surrendered by someone from the local unhoused community, he landed at the Napa County Shelter and hasn’t looked back. He’s got the eager bounce of a puppy and gravitates to anything active—playing with toys, tearing around outdoors, and especially mixing it up with other dogs. Chico thrives on activity, but he’ll do best with a routine and firm but kind guidance as he matures. He’s already house trained and curious about the world, just waiting for a family who’ll help him channel his energy into becoming a loyal companion. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate dog with potential, Chico could fit right in. Give him time and patience and you’ll get loyalty in spades. Ready to fall in love?
