Pepper is very sweet! She is cute, mellow, and a very gentle and well behaved girl. She can be shy at first, but warms up quickly. She is around a year old and around 10-12lbs. She was found stray, without microchip and her finder was looking for rescue help. We were happy to welcome this deserving girl into rescue. She has a sweet energy, is good with dogs of all sizes, and enjoys human attention.
