Blaze is alive today because an entire village came together when he needed it most. Not that long ago, this handsome boy was sitting in the Oklahoma City shelter facing euthanasia. Thanks to an incredible team effort — rescuers, fosters, transport volunteers, and supporters — Blaze was given the second chance every dog deserves. Now safely in Pennsylvania, Blaze is leaving his past behind and looking toward something he's never truly had before: a forever home. Through all the change and travel, Blaze has shown resilience and a gentle spirit. Beneath his rough start is a dog ready to bond deeply with his people and finally settle into a life of safety and love.
