Say hello to Lacy! This 8-week-old dachshund mix traveled from Puerto Rico to Colorado and is ready to find her forever home. She’s expected to be around 20–30 lbs full grown. Lacy is a confident little explorer with a playful spark. She’s always the first to check things out, start a game, or zoom across the room just because she can. Curious and brave, she brings a fun, spunky energy wherever she goes. She’s working on potty training, learning the leash, and loves toys and playtime. She sleeps in her crate at night and wakes up ready to take on the day (after a quick cuddle, of course). Lacy is outgoing and does great meeting new people and playing with other dogs. She hasn’t met cats yet, but her friendly, playful nature should make introductions smooth. Lacy is not yet spayed and still needs to finish her vaccines, so she’s available as a foster-to-adopt until she’s ready to finalize.
