He is EXTREMELY sweet and is just looking for someone to dress him up in cute little coats when it's cold outside and hold him tight when he's ready for nap time (he LOVES snuggling up during nap time)! Bart is the most docile boy and you can handle this boy however you like making him great during vet visit time as he has no problem having his nose, tail, OR toes being handled! Additionally, he rides well in the car and is GREAT during bath time! Bart also enjoys spending time hanging out inside of his foster mom's jacket (it's the best place to stay warm and given how little he is, Bart fits just fine)!
