About Ruckus
Meet Ruckus! Ruckus is believed to be a husky / border collie / who-knows-what mix who came to us from Yakima, where he and his siblings were found in a horse pasture. His approximate DOB is 12/18/2025 and we think he will be at least 50 lbs when fully grown. Ruckus is currently in foster and doing very well! He is not a big fan of the kennel and has a lot of things to say about it, but he does settle eventually. He is making great progress with potty training and only has the occasional accident indoors. He plays well with the other dogs at our sanctuary and is very food motivated. His foster tells us: "Ruckus loves to be around his people and will follow us everywhere. He'll lay between your feet while you're washing dishes. You have to keep an eye on any stray socks - he loves to grab them and run away. He loves a good belly rub. He learns quickly and is very sweet. He always gets lots of compliments when we're out and about. We really love the little guy!" Since Ruckus is a baby, we expect adopters to continue working with him on all the usual puppy things (potty training, crate training, leash walking, confidence building, etc.).
