Meet Lucy! Lucy and her brother were found looking for food in an alley. Their bellies were distended and their hip bones were showing. We have no idea how long they had been on their own. Lucy is very outgoing. She plays rough! They will be foster to adopt until they are 12 weeks old. We believe they are currently about 10 weeks.
