At around 1 year old, she’s the perfect in-between size—not too big, not too small, just right for adventures, couch cuddles, and everything in between. Odette came into rescue carrying the marks of a hard past, but what shines brighter than any old story is the way she’s choosing to move forward. She’s learning that hands can be gentle, homes can be safe, and love can be something she gets to keep. Every day, she grows a little braver, a little softer, and a little more ready to let her sweet personality take center stage. She’s playful, pretty, and wonderfully curious about the world around her. The leash is still a newer concept, but Odette approaches it the same way she approaches everything else right now—with thoughtful steps, growing confidence, and a willingness to trust the process. She’s not behind; she’s simply taking the scenic route to becoming an amazing companion. Once she settles in, Odette’s affectionate side starts to bloom. There’s something incredibly special about watching a dog choose joy after everything, and she’s already showing all the signs of becoming that once-in-a-lifetime kind of best friend. Odette is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and has tested negative for heartworm and tick-borne diseases on her 4DX test.
