Bowie may be small, but this little guy already has quite the story. At just 9 weeks old, Bowie was found wandering alone in the road by a Good Samaritan. When they located his owner, they were told to simply keep him - he wasn't wanted. But there is more to his story...Bowie had a large hernia that required immediate surgery. Rescue stepped in and got him the help that he needed. He handled the procedure like a champ and is now recovering in foster care. This sweet boy is resilient, strong, and already showing everyone just how special he is. Bowie's rough start is behind him, and now he's looking for the forever family who will love him the way he deserves.
