About Mabel
Mabel arrived at the rescue with her brother and sister in September, not quite eight weeks old and still getting her bearings. Since then, she’s settled in with her foster family and come alive—a little lovebug who craves company, whether it’s people or other dogs. Mabel enjoys being out in the sun, nibbling on leaves and twigs, and she’ll often pause on walks just to take in the world. Dog and human greetings both make her tail wag; she’s quick to try out new cuddles or romp with the pack. Potty training is coming along well, and she’s starting to learn boundaries with play-biting (her foster canine sisters keep her in line if she gets too nippy). Meal times are still a big event for her—she’s learning that food will always be there, and a slow feeder helps her take things at a safer pace. Mabel loves to stretch out for naps, sometimes treating everyone to her little puppy snores, and she’s got a signature head-cock that’s sure to charm her new family. With plenty of energy and affection to share, she’ll thrive in a home where there’s another dog to show her the ropes and join her for playtime. She’s a sweet, loving girl ready to bring a lot of joy to her new people. Your new best friend is just one click away.
