Bowan (approximately 28 pounds) was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Tennessee. He is a friendly, social, and outgoing puppy who is often described as "the sweet n chunky little munchkin" by his volunteer dog walking pals. When Bowan was first rescued his legs were weak from malnutrition, but some time in a loving foster home spent eating a healthy high protein diet has sorted out this issue. Good thing too, since Bowan LOVES to run, jump, and play his little heart out! This handsome blue boy was fostered with dogs of all sizes as well as human children, and he reportedly did very well with both species. We suspect that Bowan will weigh 63-76 pounds when full grown, but this is not an exact science, so please take it with a grain of salt ;) Come meet Bowan today - he will be so excited to see you!
