About Katie
This could be the start of something paw-some. Katie is a sweet, spunky, two-year-old girl brimming with love and just the right hint of sass. At a perfect medium size, weighing in at around 43lbs, she is food motivated and never turns down the chance to sit pretty for treats. Her super affectionate and playful spirit means she's happiest right by your side and will always squeeze in for extra snuggles when she can. Rescued with a large wound that has now healed beautifully, Katie has regained about 90% of her bowel control and continues to improve daily. She may have no tail, but that only means she wags her whole body when happy! Zooming and spinning are her specialties. Katie is fully vetted, crate trained, house trained, and she’s making progress on slow-kill heartworm treatment. Her rough start hasn't dampened her joyful outlook—her future shines bright as ever. She’s already proven she's dog friendly and adores children, making her a wonderful companion for a loving home. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
