Piper has been at the Jackson County Humane Society in Arkansas for most of her life—she arrived when she was just about a year old and is now a 5- or 6-year-old lab/pit mix. This big girl weighs around 65 lbs and sports a short black coat that makes her look distinguished. Piper is wonderful with people and especially good with children, showing her gentle and patient side whenever kids are around. She’s potty trained and very much used to life indoors. Piper can be selective with other dogs and does not get along with cats, so a home where she’s the main focus or with a compatible dog would be best.
