About Cynthia
Cynthia is a sweet, gentle soul ready to start her next chapter. She’s a 2.5-year-old, medium-sized shepherd and terrier mix who has been through a lot—mama to pups, now looking for a family for herself. Cynthia does well around other dogs and, although her experience with cats or children hasn’t been directly observed, integration techniques can be discussed with adopters. She’s currently recovering beautifully from a Femoral Head Ostectomy on her right hind limb after arthritis from an old injury. Cynthia’s an easy companion: loves a good walk, then is content to snooze by your side. She’d thrive in a home that can help her continue regaining strength and show her all the simple pleasures—cozy beds, sniffy walks, steady love—that she’s definitely earned. The loyalty and affection she gives back are unmistakable. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
