Misty is currently in a foster home in Vancouver, BC and is eligible for meet & greets! Meet Misty! Misty is a 2 year old female husky who is fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed and ready to find her forever home! Misty weighs about 20 kg / 44 pounds. Misty came to us from a backyard breeder who wasn't taking care of her properly. She came to us underweight and with patchy fur. Despite everything she's been through, Misty remains incredibly gentle and trusting. She's now healthy, happy and ready to find a home where she will be cherished as a member of the family. Misty has a beautiful balance of Husky spirit and soft femininity. Misty enjoys being outside and playing with her doggie friends, but she's a couch princess at heart! She's very submissive with other dogs and will give her belly when playing. She likes to explore, but needs some encouragement to feel comfortable in new locations. Overall, she isn't vocal, but if the pack starts singing, she will happily join in! Misty is potty and crate trained and sleeps calmly in her crate. She walks beautifully on a leash and has mastered "heel". Misty is a soft soul who thrives with calm, clear direction.
