About Misty

Misty is a two-year-old female Husky who’s come a long way since leaving a tough past behind. Rescued from a backyard breeder, she arrived underweight and with patchy fur, but you’d never know it now. Misty’s gentle, trusting nature stayed intact through it all, and she’s turned into a healthy, soft-hearted soul. She blends that lively Husky energy with a calm, feminine side. Being outdoors and playing with other dogs makes her happy, but on the inside she’s a true couch princess. Around other dogs, Misty is naturally submissive and loves a good belly rub. She’s curious about new places, though she may need a little nudge to feel settled. While not overly vocal, she’ll join in a howl if the mood strikes the pack. She’s house trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash (she’s even mastered ‘heel’). Misty flourishes with calm direction and quiet leadership. With the right person, she’s primed to be a deeply loyal, loving companion. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
