Chloe is a big girl with an even bigger heart. She is 10 years old and came to us when her owner could no longer live independently. She has adapted smoothly to the shelter environment and is happy to meet new people every day. Chloe vocalizes for affection and rubs up against our volunteers for petting; all she wants is someone to love. Our friend here does have one ask, though, and that is to be a solo kitty in the home. Chloe must be the queen of the castle! She does not have experience with dogs or children, but appears to enjoy attention from respectful people of all ages. If you are looking for a clingy companion who wags her bushy tail upon seeing you, Chloe may be the one. Stop by to fill out an adoption application and spend as much time as you like with our cats. We do not adopt first come; we always select the best placement for our animals. Please call your veterinarian to permit them to speak with us for our vet check. If you rent, bring proof (lease/contract) that you are allowed to have a cat.   Our adoption fee is $50 for cats. This includes FIV/FeLV testing, flea/tick preventatives, deworming, age-appropriate vaccines, and spay/neuter if six months or older.
