Harvey is 11 years old and looks like a big beaver. He hoovers his wet food every morning and would win a nationwide eating contest with ease. Harvey resides in our Big Cattery and loves his roommates. Harvey would do best in a multi-cat home with an owner who can be patient with him opening up. Despite his size, he is a timid boy and needs some reassurance in social settings with people. When the shelter is quiet, Harvey will roll around on the floor and play with toys. He has two favorites, a catnip-filled sardine plush and a lobster. We know one day Harvey will feel confident enough to play with his toys in front of us, and we cannot wait to see it. Please call your veterinarian to permit them to speak with us for our vet check. If you rent, bring proof (lease/contract) that you are allowed to have a cat. Our adoption fee is $50 for cats. This includes FIV/FeLV testing, flea/tick preventatives, deworming, age-appropriate vaccines, and spay/neuter if six months or older. If they are too young, we require a $50 deposit that will be refunded upon proof that the pet has been altered.
