About Diana
Diana was rescued as a puppy nine years ago and has grown into a true snuggle bug. She’s missing a few teeth and will likely lose a couple more with age, but it barely slows her down. She proudly sports a metal bone in her left hind leg, which doesn’t keep her from romping in the snow or devouring her toys. Diana is notorious for chewing her toys to shreds and then rescuing her favorites from the trash. Food wins her heart every time—especially peanut butter and anything that falls from the table. She’s sharp and responsive to commands like sit, down, place, den, leave-it, wait, and her absolute favorite, “free.” Diana takes prescription medication primarily to manage separation anxiety. She bonds deeply with her people and can be protective and nervous around strangers or unfamiliar dogs, though she warms up to those she knows. Diana gets along with other dogs but is not a fit for homes with children. Ready to make her part of your routine? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
