Symba, Male, 1 year old Meet Symba!! Adopted from FAPL as a puppy, then found again as a stray. Symba recently spent time in a loving foster home getting loved and spoiled and is now ready to find a forever home!! Symba needs to continue to gain weight, so will be considered a “foster to adopt” candidate. This means you can take him home, then adopt after he gains more weight. He’s an absolute sweetheart!! No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
