Najara, Female, 8 years old, 92 pounds Najara is a beautiful, affectionate 8 year old mixed breed gal that is used to living in a loving home. She’s a very friendly dog, and loves being with people! Najara is good with dogs out and about, but would be best as the only dog in her new home, as she prefers not to share her food or toys. Let’s help Najara find happiness once again! No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested. Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
