About Molly
Molly is a loving, playful dog who’s happiest when she’s part of the action. She enjoys romping with other dogs but is content to toss stuffed toys around solo, too. At night, Molly does well sleeping in her crate but won’t say no to sharing a bed, even if she tends to be a bit of a bed hog. She gets along with her foster’s cat, trying to play without overstaying her welcome, and she’s steady around children. Squirrels are a wild-card temptation for her—she’ll chase, so she’ll need a secure outdoor space. If she finds a gap in the fence, she’s the type to circle back and wait to be let in at the gate. Molly is roughly 2 1/2 years old and has finished growing at about 60 pounds. Her parents and siblings were all mixes—you’ll catch hints of pit bull terrier and shepherd in her. Her coloring is a rich black and brown. Molly’s got a quirky knee that acts up now and then. She takes a daily joint supplement and should remain on it, as recommended by the vet. This doesn’t slow her down much right now, but it’s something to keep in mind for the future. She loves lounging outdoors, watching the garden grow, and soaking up sunshine with her people.
