Meet Cisco – Foster to Adopt Opportunity Cisco is a 3-year-old, 70 lb dog with a calm, gentle, and easygoing personality. He truly has an old soul and carries himself with a quiet, peaceful presence that makes him an incredibly comforting companion. He is laid back, quiet, and very mild mannered. Cisco is also non-destructive in the home and does well in the car, making him an easy addition to daily life. He does well with female dogs and has shown no reactivity when seeing other dogs. We have not introduced him to other male dogs yet. He would do best in a home with calm, balanced dogs that match his energy. Cisco is not a good fit for a home with cats, as he shows curiosity toward outdoor cats on walks. He is: • House trained • Crate trained • Good on leash • Good in the car • Quiet and non-destructive Cisco is already neutered, vaccinated, and has been treated for intestinal parasites. Foster-to-Adopt Details: Cisco is heartworm positive and will be placed as a foster-to-adopt while undergoing treatment. His adoption will be finalized once his heartworm treatment is completed. All heartworm treatment costs are covered by the rescue. The foster-to-adopt home must be committed to following treatment protocols and ensuring he gets the rest and care he needs during recovery.
