He's got the twinkliest smile and a coat of curls! His coat needs grooming, but even in the state it's currently in it is pretty amazing! He's going to look gorgeous once he's groomed! Carl is very friendly and a happy guy who loves to go for walks and hang out with people. He's good with other dogs. Carl weighs 18 lbs ADOPTING A DOG Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older). If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
