Oney and Tom are a deeply bonded Yorkie pair looking for a forever home together in Cape Coral, FL. Tom is 8 years old and Oney is 10; they’ve spent their lives side by side and don’t plan to change that now. Tom is the social butterfly, quick to enjoy belly rubs, toy time, and a lap to nap in. He’s happiest sprinting around the yard or investigating whatever box he finds. Oney is his older sister, a retired puppy mom with a clear preference for soft blankets over squeaky toys. She comes out of her shell slowly—after a proper warm-up, she’s dedicated to seeking affection and lounging by your side. Both handle housetraining well, especially when they have regular access to the outdoors. Treats are always appreciated as positive reinforcement. Oney is alert and makes a reliable little watchdog, while Tom wins over most visitors with his easygoing nature. They get along well with other dogs and would likely thrive in a quieter environment with older children, where they can soak up attention and cozy up together. Both have a birth deformity affecting their back legs, but it’s pain-free and doesn’t stop them from enjoying life to the fullest. At night, they share a crate and never stray far from each other.
