Riggs is so cute, affectionate and loves his human! His person was a female truck driver and she died of a heart attack in December and he ended up in a high kill shelter. He started to have kennel stress after months and he was put on the euthansia list, and we saved him. He is currently with one of our volunteers that has cats, dogs and a 2 year old and he has been friendly with all. He has a little bit of separation anxiety and needs to be near you at least for the beginning until he knows he safe. You can foster or adopt please reach out. We are currently sceduling his neutering. He is vaccinated.
