Coming from a puppy mill situation, she can be a little shy at first, but with patience and kindness, her sweet personality begins to shine. She does well with other dogs and cats and would benefit from a calm, understanding home that can help her build confidence at her own pace. Winifred is looking for someone who will show her what love and security truly feel like. With time and care, this special girl will blossom into a devoted and loving companion Winifred is available for foster to adopt within 30 minutes of our shelter while we complete her medical. All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough.
