About Sushi
Sushi is a hefty, striking tabby with soft, medium-length hair and a calm confidence about him. He came to the rescue after his last family, unable to manage allergies, had to let him go despite having him fully vetted and setting him up for a safe life indoors. Sushi settled quickly at Pet Welfare and is patiently waiting for the right person—or people—to spot him. This cat absolutely loves a long cuddle and will nuzzle in for pets whenever you offer. He’s got experience with dogs and, honestly, mostly shrugs at their presence. Sushi prefers being the dominant cat and will likely be happiest as a solo feline or as the clear boss in a house that respects his status. For families, he’s a better match with older, respectful kids who know their way around cats. Sushi is already neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and thoroughly checked over by the vet. As a Capricorn, he brings a steady, self-assured presence into the home. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
