Meet Grace – A Gentle Soul Who Deserves Peace Grace didn’t come from an easy place. She was part of an abuse case and transferred to us from a county shelter in California. We don’t know everything she’s been through—and we don’t need to. What matters is that she’s safe now, and her future is finally filled with kindness. After an 8+ hour journey, Grace arrived exhausted, a little unsure, but incredibly… gentle. And that’s exactly who she is. Why we named her Grace 💛 Despite everything she’s endured, Grace holds no anger, no fear-driven behavior—just a quiet, calming presence. There is something incredibly special about her… a softness and dignity that you feel the moment you meet her. She has a peaceful energy that seems to settle everything around her. About Grace: Grace is calm, sweet, and slowly learning that she’s finally safe. She may be a little anxious in new environments at first, but once she settles, her true nature shines through. She has already shown how much she enjoys companionship—she quickly bonded with another dog (Meeko), and the two slept side by side, offering each other comfort. Now, Grace is living in a loving, experienced home where she is being cared for exactly as she deserves in this stage of life—comfortable, safe, and respected.
