Meet Tootsie This gorgeous 2-year-old, 21 lb black Frenchie is equal parts playful charm and snuggly sidekick. Tootsie is the kind of girl who will happily zoom around with her dog friends one minute... and be curled up next to you the next. Truly the best of both worlds. She's crate trained and doing amazing with her potty training-just needs a consistent routine to finish strong. She's incredibly friendly, loves everyone she meets, and gets along great with other dogs. Basically, she didn't get the memo on stranger danger. Like many Frenchies, Tootsie is working through some skin allergies, but she's already on the right track and improving with proper care. After not being given the love and attention she deserved early on, she's absolutely thriving now-and it shows in how sweet and affectionate she is. She's looking for a home that will keep her on a good routine, continue her care, and most importantly... treat her like the little queen she is. If you're looking for a loyal, loving, slightly goofy best friend who will stick by your side (and probably follow you room to room), Tootsie is your girl. The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.
